Ms. Feld received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California. As General Counsel for CHE, Ms. Feld is responsible for overseeing the defense of all claims and lawsuits initiated against CHE and its affiliated providers. Ms. Feld also assists with acquisitions, labor union matters and insurance negotiation. As Vice President of Legal/Compliance for CHE, Ms. Feld is responsible for overseeing, managing and analyzing risks and other factors that represent financial and safety-related threats to the organization and its affiliated providers. Lastly, Ms. Feld is the organization’s designated Corporate Compliance Officer. In this role, Ms. Feld chairs the CHE Corporate Compliance Committee and is responsible for implementing and overseeing the organization’s corporate compliance program.

Ms. Feld has been with College Health Enterprises (CHE) since 2008. Prior to joining CHE, Ms. Feld was a senior litigation associate at Snell & Wilmer, LLP in Costa Mesa, California.
